Hey — I’ll take it. Early yesterday, Blizzard decided to make up for their previous nerfs (they nerfed 2pc T8 & WiseEclipse), by buffing Eclipse.
Eclipse now increases damage done by Wrath by 40% (up from 30%) and the critical chance of Starfire by 40% (up from 30%)

The best part of 3.2 is the change to the moonkin spell rotation.  The benefits of the Eclipse changes in 3.2 are three-fold:

Increased Eclipse uptime = DPS increase
No more “accidentally” proc’ing the wrong Eclipse
No more debate as to Solar v. Lunar
