Patch 3.2 Moonkin Spell Rotation

The best part of 3.2 is the change to the moonkin spell rotation.  The benefits of the Eclipse changes in 3.2 are three-fold:

Increased Eclipse uptime = DPS increase
No more “accidentally” proc’ing the wrong Eclipse
No more debate as to Solar v. Lunar
